The EPA KnowRoom®

Developed for the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, the KnowRoom was created both to showcase the achievements of this federal agency in completing a 1.2 million square foot building at no more cost than for a conventional structure and to demonstrate key strategies for green building and product selection. "Thousands of visitors to our campus have stopped to visit the KnowRoom™," writes Chris Long, Project Director for the New EPA Campus. "It has been particularly popular and useful to those professionals involved in design and construction, providing a wealth of information about sustainable buildings."
